Quran.Foundation is seeking a dynamic Multimedia and Marketing Specialist who will play a significant role in our mission to empower every human being to benefit from the Quran. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, effectively reaching and engaging a diverse global audience, and successfully driving traffic to our platforms to maximize the number of people who benefit from our valuable resources.

Responsibilities:

Multimedia Production:

• Create, edit, and upload videos and short clips on topics related to the Quran.

• Design visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, and videos.

• Ensure all visual content aligns with our mission and effectively communicates our message.

Social Media Content Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy

• Create and distribute compelling content across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

• Monitor social media channels, engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.

• Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust the content strategy to improve engagement and reach.

Email Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns to engage users and drive traffic

• Segment email lists for personalized communication.

• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

• Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, writers, public figures, other websites and apps. 

• Collaborate on cross-promotional activities to expand our reach.

Paid Advertising:

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc

• Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, adjusting as needed.

Customer Feedback and Support:

• Gather feedback from users and monitor online reviews.

• Work with team to address issues and enhance the user experience.

Trend Analysis and Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

• Implement innovative approaches to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.

Mentor and grow team :

• Maximize impact by helping grow the team and provide mentorship, ensuring excellence and success in Marketing efforts. 

• Leverage freelance and volunteer designers to boost productivity and achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in multimedia production, video editing, and content creation.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software. 

• Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc. 

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

• Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.

• Passion for sharing the message of the Quran.
