Quran.Foundation is seeking a Senior UX Designer with 5+ years of industry experience for our platforms, Quran.com and QuranReflect. Our mission is to deliver the Qur'an to a diverse user base globally, to increase engagement with the Qur'an, enhance accessibility through technology and bring it to the forefront of contemporary discussions. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital experience and requires a deep understanding of user-centered design, ability to analyze analytics, a keen eye for aesthetics, a commitment to incorporating feedback from user and internal stakeholders, and the ability to align design efforts with our broader product strategy and mission through cross-functional collaboration. Overall, making data-driven decisions on improving and enhancing the user experience. In this role you will have the opportunity to significantly impact one of the most important projects online. This role will require a balance of technical expertise, a passion for creating impactful user experiences, and a drive to do meaningful work for a noble cause.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for web and mobile interfaces, focusing on delivering intuitive interfaces that create seamless, engaging experiences.

• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions, analyzing user feedback and behavior to identify and solve design problems with elegant solutions.

• Analyzing extensive analytics data to discern user behavior patterns and identify key pain points.

• Continuously refine and optimize the user experience based on thorough analysis of feedback and behavior, upholding our commitment to a user-centric approach.

• Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to ensure interface and experience designs align with our product strategy, emphasizing accessibility and engagement for different user profiles.

• Proactively incorporate feedback from organizational stakeholders, ensuring design decisions support the overall goals and mission of Quran.Foundation.
